All treatments are performed by Kila Skellenger, BSN, RN, a registered nurse with over 35 years of nursing experience. Kila is highly trained in cosmetic injection techniques and provides personalized care for every client.

Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for all prospective clients. During your consultation, Kila will assess your concerns, discuss treatment options, and create a customized plan tailored to your goals.

We are located in Webster, TX and serve clients throughout the Greater Houston area including Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, Kemah, Seabrook, Nassau Bay, Pasadena, Pearland, Dickinson, and Texas City.

We accept cash, credit cards, and offer financing options. Payment is due at the time of service.

Both Daxxify and Xeomin are neurotoxin injectables that reduce wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles. Daxxify is known for its longer-lasting results (up to 6 months), while Xeomin is a 'naked' neurotoxin without additives, which may reduce the risk of developing resistance over time. During your consultation, Kila will recommend the best option for you.

We use Revanesse and Versa dermal fillers, which are FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers. They are excellent for restoring volume, enhancing contours, and smoothing lines with natural-looking results.

Kybella is an FDA-approved injectable treatment that permanently destroys fat cells under the chin (submental fat). Once the desired results are achieved, re-treatment is not expected. Most patients need 2-4 treatment sessions spaced about a month apart.

A Vampire Facial combines platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood with RF microneedling to stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, and restore your natural glow. It's a minimally invasive treatment with minimal downtime.

Our medical weight loss program uses Tirzepatide, a proven medication that helps control appetite and blood sugar. Treatment is medically supervised and tailored to your individual goals, with regular check-ins to monitor progress and adjust your plan.

Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 7 days before injectable treatments. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment. Come with a clean face, free of makeup if possible.

Most injectable treatments have minimal downtime. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at injection sites, which typically resolves within a few days. Neurotoxin results appear within 3-7 days. Filler results are immediate. Vampire Facials may have 1-3 days of redness.

Results vary by treatment: Neurotoxin injections last 3-6 months. Facial fillers last 6-18 months depending on the area treated. Kybella results are permanent once fat cells are destroyed. IV therapy benefits are felt within hours and can last days to weeks.
